THANKSGIVING

I enjoyed Thanksgiving break. Who doesn't like getting out of school. Thanksgiving morning we decided to get donuts. The Tim Hortons by my house didn't have the donuts we liked so we decideded to go to a different one. When we got there it was closed. Then we found out they all closed at 10:00am. Jolly Pirates also being closed, we found a generic donut place down the street from our house. After this long journey we headed home. Being only my mom and I, we didnt need much food. The turkey we had was already cooked so it only took an hour to cook everything else. After we ate we went to the movies to see This Christmas. Forgetting to look up the movie times we had to wait for an hour. So we decided to go to Star Bucks and drive around campus. Getting lost on our way we finally made it back to the movies. I recommend the movie This Christmas, it was very good and funny. My Thanksgiving was fun and I loved the fact that I didn't have to go to school for the week.

The Field Trip

Who doesn't love to get out of school! Even though we only got out a few periods it still was fun. I thought that James Mcbride would talk more. I knew that he would sing songs but I thought he would talk more about his life. When in class monday Mr. Mann told us about his life and all his difficulties and I found it interesting. Since hearing about his life and his struggles of being a biracial child I would life to read his book.
Having so many children I want to know how his mother handled things, how did she put so many children through college. Out of her children who was favored most, did that affect the way he went to school. If I were James mother I would be so proud of my children and their accomplishments.

Today

Today, I didnt bring my snack which makes my day bad. Today its very cold outside. I do not enjoy the cold, and wish i would have remembered my coat. But I did nto.

I don't feel good.

Today I really don't feel good. I have a sore throat. It sucks. My mom said I did not hgave to go to school today but, I'm here. School is getting better I now have a lunch table. No more sitting next to the trash cans. I still do not have a locker and I share Jessica's. Finally I opened it by myself. The weekend is very far away which also is not good news. This weekend is Jessica's Birthday! HAPPY EARLY BIRTHDAY JESSICA! We are going bowling. Thats exciting. Whats not exciting is my writing I don't feel good so this is not a good entry. Its short and doesn't make sense.
Today I have dance team I don't think I'm going because I'm sick. I take many different kind of dances, such as tap, hip hop, ballet and pointe. Out of them all my favorite is tap. It never goes slow and there is always something exciting to learn.

This is the FIRST blog I have ever written.

This is the first blog I've ever written. It is very hard to write this using full words instead of ,IDK, LOL, and OMG, etc. It's hard to believe summer is over and school has begun. Over summer I did many interesting things. Before school let out I got my temps but never drove until summer. I began driving around my subdivision and pulling into my garage, and ran into my house. Also with much more practice I began driving on main roads where I ran over a opossum. In less than three months I will be able to receive my license, if I can pass the test. So since my birthday is so close it means school is back which I do not like because I strongly dislike waking up.

This school year my least favorite class is algebra 2. It is eighth period and it's very hard to concentrate. Also my best friend Michael Holly is in the class with me and does not help at all to help me concentrate. Together Michael and I never pay attention. Not only can I not concentrate but math is just not my thing. My favorite class this year is Spanish. It is more challenging than last year though I believe with hard work I can get the same grade or better than I did last year. Hopefully as the school year progresses it gets better.
